This is a beautiful spoon - the spoon portion is a bit larger than I expected but it works wonderfully nonetheless. I would highly recommend this company - I had wonderful personalized customer service as I was interested in having the spoon engraved. Will purchase other products without hesitation. You will be satisfied.

Love the salt spoon because of it's simplicity and elegance. A mistake was made in shipping and when it was discovered by Silver Mine not only was it immediately corrected the correct item was shipped at no expense to me and a shipping refund was also given to me. I was then surprised to get a phone call follow up from Ralph with an apology for the error. When the spoons arrived there was another note inside with an apology. These people really mean it when they say customer service is important to them. It is good to know there are companies who take their customer's satisfaction seriously. I worked in the service industry for 27 years and these people rank at the VERY TOP.
